When you schedule an appointment, one of our expert dentists will conduct a thorough examination to spot the offending tooth or teeth.
A chair-side digital radiograph and, in some cases a Digital 3D cone beam CT will be taken to evaluate the degree and severity of your condition.
The process starts with the administration of local anaesthesia to ensure you are comfortable and pain-free.
With the help of a dental drill, the infected enamel is removed under a Digital Magnifying microscope.
Specialized root canal instruments are used to remove the infected material from the tooth’s roots. A computerized canal locator is used to ensure all canals are found and cleaned perfectly to prevent any chances of recurrence.
Once the canals are cleaned and dried, our dentist will again check your tooth using a digital magnifying microscope to ensure proper treatment.
Later the canal will be filled, and the top of the tooth will be sealed with a white filling.
In some cases, a dental crown may also be advised.
